Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for the research and implementation of core algorithms various AI project including NLP, GenAI, timeseries forecasting and anomaly detection.

Keep up with the latest technology research and breakthroughs in the field of natural language processing, Deep Learning and knowledge graphs.

Participate in the training and performance optimization of large language models (such as RLHF), analyze and evaluate existing algorithms and data, optimize model generation effects, and reduce harmful, sensitive, or biased responses.

Research and explore cutting-edge algorithms and frameworks in the direction of RLHF, and continuously improve the efficiency and effect of existing algorithms. Responsible for selecting the best fitting technologies, frameworks and models, designing, implementing and testing the overall solutions.

• Have a Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data science or related fields.
• Have solid knowledge and theoretical background in deep learning, natural language processing, semantic understanding, etc., with research and productization experience in areas such as random processes, probability and statistics, neural networks, and deep/machine learning.
• Familiar with machine learning and basic algorithms of computer data structures, proficient in Python and experienced with mainstream frameworks such as Polars, SKLearn CUDA, Altair etc.
• Experience in fine-tuning large pre-trained language models, familiarity with models like BERT, GPT, etc., participation in performance optimization tasks in NLP such as classification, NER, text generation, text matching, and the ability to modify and optimize algorithms based on actual problems.
• Understand data mining and feature engineering technologies, proficient in SQL and other data processing languages,
• Good communication skills, cross-team collaboration ability, outstanding planning and execution ability, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent learning ability and self-driving ability.

Optional skills:

• Preference for candidates with large model development and big data processing experience.
• Priority for those with case studies in deep learning platforms or products, or those with similar positions with 3 years or more of relevant experience.
