Brand Experience & Sustainability Manager will oversee these brand activities, including sustainability, social responsibility, and partnerships. This role involves leading activities with a perfect strategic fit and delivering highly compelling storytelling to engage with our consumers and customers, including PR. With intimate knowledge of brand management and commercial business integration, you will deliver a brand program that resonates, inspires, and ignites brand preference among consumers and customers.
What we ask
- Experience: 8+ years in B2C FMCG marketing, with a strong focus on brand/project management. Proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns. Experience in partnership management and PR is an advantage.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills. Proven track record in translating consumer and market insights into brand opportunities into compelling concepts.
- Project management: Demonstrated success in organizational and project management. Effective communicator with the ability to influence and lead others in day-to-day assignments and complex projects.
- Ownership and Urgency: Decisive with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Collaboration Skills: Top-notch ability to effectively partner within a multi-disciplinary matrix organization, including commercial team members and external parties.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, responsible, and able to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken). French is an advantage.
- Education: MSc degree, preferably in a relevant field.
- Travel: Based in the Netherlands (Amersfoort) with a willingness to regularly travel (Belgium Gent office, Wageningen R&D center, NL & BE customer visits, market visits, etc.).

Vacancy description
- Inspire & Role Model: Inspire with the Campina brand story and activities, enhancing brand preference, boosting affinity, and increasing talkability for Campina’s initiatives and products.
- Brand Activation Strategy: Define the brand’s activity strategy to align and integrate with the Campina brand strategy, plan and key KPIs.
- Shape Activation Program: Deliver both short-term and long-term brand activation programs, including a consumer/customer engagement plan. Ensure a clearly defined and aligned plan.
- Storytell & Engage: In close collaboration with the media and campaign manager, deliver a highly engaging, integrated brand story to both external and internal stakeholders (consumers, customers, farmers, and colleagues).
- Partnerships & PR: Lead strategic partnerships and PR as part of activation program.
- Deliver Activations: Develop program into engaging propositions (insight, concept, activity) for implementation within the current and upcoming years.
- Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of these activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business partners across FrieslandCampina, including R&D, Nutritionists, and Farmer Relations, as well as with commercial teams and the Campina marketing team. Additionally, work with agencies, inspiring them to deliver their best work. Performance Monitoring: Monitor brand performance and develop corrective actions when needed.
