This is what you will do
BES consists of three teams, AddValue and PST, which together are part of PwC's middle office. In this role, you are part of the BES Tech Support team, which consists of 20 motivated colleagues. The applications of this team have been transformed to the Azure cloud. We are engaged in process automation where applicable to simplify certain steps of our Contact-2-Cash process. In this, you play an essential role in assisting, implementing, and maintaining IT solutions.
- Analyzing our systems (Salesforce, Einstein analytics/Analytics studio and SAP S/4 HANA), architectures, and processes.
- Participating in the full development cycle, including analysis of demands, design, development, testing, and implementations.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining: “MS Power automate, MS SQL and Python software solutions”, to automate manual tasks.
- Analyzing and processing data using Python, SQL, Microsoft Excel.

- Higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience with Python;
- Experience with data analysis;
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL programming;
- Proven team lead experience with a strong focus on effective coordination, team motivation, and task delegation
- Proactive solution resolving attitude
- Effective motivator and coach for coordinating team tasks.
- Good communication skills
- Preferably dutch speaking and at least fluent knowledge of English (in writing and verbally)
Preferable
- Knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge and experience with MS Power automation
