Your job

As a DLP Engineer, you have sufficient knowledge of how to create DLP policies/rulesets for detection of sensitive data using Regex, functions, keywords, exact data matching, fingerprinting, trainable classifiers, etc. You will be working with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, and other Microsoft Security Suite to protect Data on-prem, in Azure and/or other cloud environments. You have a cyber defender mindset and shown in the past that you are able to learn quickly and apply the learned skills immediately. Self-starter of good ideas and strong communication skills. Not afraid to pitch your ideas how we can improve our work. 

Working environment

You are intrinsically motivated, have the will to develop quickly and want to make a positive contribution to the M365 Purview functionality. Thanks to your good communication skills, you can work well together, but at the same time you are able to function independently.

The CISO department believes it is essential to connect the interests of our clients, society and the bank. CISO employs approximately 400+ colleagues who are responsible for the bank's information security worldwide.

There are approximately 150 colleagues working in Cyber Defence department within CISO. The department is organised in 7 different sub departments which are split into agile teams of around 10 people each. Information Protection is one of the 7 services we contribute as Cyber Defenders.

Our multidisciplinary way of working will allow you to learn from everyone.

The Team that takes full responsibility for every step in the development and maintenance processes of our Information Protection capabilities, from requirements management to solution maintenance. 

Your profile

As part of your job, you would play a role in investigating and implementing the different modules within Microsoft Purview. You are an eager learner and willing to help as well as love to share your knowledge with others. You will work with Consultants, Architects, Security Engineers and business stakeholders to enhance the Information Protection capabilities within the Bank.

• Bachelor degree in Cyber Security or Information Technology or any relevant field.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Data Loss Prevention technologies like - Microsoft Purview (DLP), Symantec DLP, Forcepoint DLP, McAfee DLP (Azure & M365).
• Knowledge on document labelling.
• Knowledge or experience with encryption using Azure RMS, Insider Risk Management and Communication Compliance, Information Barriers, eDiscovery would be PLUS. 
• Experience with performance troubleshooting (such as MDE client analyzer, network trace, etc) 
• Experience with automated deployment (CICD pipeline) with tooling like Azure DevOps.

We are offering

• The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
