DevOps engineer - Azure Infrastructure Expert

Your job

ABN AMRO is in the process to migrate their applications to the Azure cloud in different tracks. For these activities we are looking for a subject matter expert in Terraform, Ansible and Azure pipelines located in Amsterdam. Scope concerns a large scale application and underlying platform of the ABN AMRO dealing room (3000+ resources). The candidate should provide coaching and leadership towards the junior colleagues

• Proven track record in designing & maintaining solutions based on Terraform, Ansible and Azure pipelines
• You keep up to date with data trends and share that information with your team, peers and stakeholders
• Actively participating in knowledge gaining and sharing by joining communities and events. You focus on proper knowledge dissemination across the teams, pushing the limits of our technology and focusing on holistic solutions
• Experience in Scrum/DevOps way of working
• Experience in working with Azure in large scale environments with complex network set-ups (5+ years)
• Experience with both Linux and Windows (nice to have) operating systems
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
• You have a “can do” attitude

We are offering

• The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
• Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
• An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
