As a financial services provider NN is transforming its IT to a future ready and platform strategy for our engineers. We are looking for an experienced identity & access management domain Architect to help us with this transformation.

What you are going to do

Your impact as Domain Architect is to set clear direction for the NN Identity & access platform strategy. At NN Group we based our Identity and Access management environment on MS Entra ID, Active Directory and Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud.

We aspire to embed our Identity and access management solutions into our platforms with frictionless journeys for all stakeholders. Our mission is to ensure our security posture and zero trust principles with paved roads for our engineers and customers to make the right thing to do the easy thing to do.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing the Architecture product vision and will co-create or approve business cases and define IT standards for the foundational identity and access management platform across all NN cloud platforms as part of the foundation product domain. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all Identity & Access management standards are approved by the Design Authority.

Responsibilities:

As the (domain) architect, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services align with our organizational and architectural vision. Collaborating with fellow architects, you will integrate developments seamlessly across Group IT and other Business Units, driving value and quality within the domain.

Reporting to the Enterprise Architect, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Product Manager to ensure alignment with our overall product vision. Together with tech leads, you will craft a forward-looking vision for our IAM domain, making decisions on a technical level that prioritize security and standardization.

Salary between €6219.- and €8885.- (based on 40 hours per week) depending on your knowledge and experience. It is also possible to work 36 or 38 hours per week

Who you are

Minimum of a higher professional education (HBO) level, supplemented with extensive work experience in a similar role and or certifications
Having experience as an IT Domain Architect and excellent communication and analytical skills
Experienced at developing and implementing the architecture vision and Domain strategy
Having experience in developing and implementing IT standards, guidelines, and processes and translating them into practical solutions
Knowing what it means to successfully build an internal platform of scale with multiple (internal) stakeholders
Proficiency in making roadmaps and working in an agile workflow
in-depth knowledge of IAM solutions and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud)
Experience in selecting, implementing, and rolling out IGA, PAM, AM, and/or IAM solutions and processes
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with IAM standards and protocols such as SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and LDAP. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, and CISM are a plus
Proficiency in cloud technologies (VMware, AWS and Azure)
You have excellent communication skills in word and writing and can sell the story in English and preferably also in Dutch
You are able to operate at various levels in the organization from our senior management to engineers
But most of all, you are passionate about IT and security and are able to share this passion with your colleagues

Who you will work with

You will be working for Enterprise Engineering Technology and within the Architecture & Technology Enablement domain. You will be working in and with a team of passionate domain architects, dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers.

You will work with Senior Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners and the Project and/or Program Managers within Group IT. But also within the Business Units of NN and with de IT HUBs (Madrid/Prague).
