In this exciting role at Nationale-Nederlanden, you will have the opportunity to drive the company's digital transformation and contribute to enhancing the customer experience. You'll be leading a team of approximately 12 to 20 internal experts and few externals in a specific business line of C&C, ensuring that the solutions you oversee are secure, innovative, and deliver a fast and reliable experience for customers. You set the stage for one or more teams so they are up to the task, or will be soon because of your guidance on skills requirements, education plan and choices made regarding technology.
Not only will you be working with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions, but you will also stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies we carry in C&C, allowing you to make informed recommendations to further enhance NN's capabilities.

- 6+ years of past experience as a software engineer or developer
- 3+ years of mentoring and managing expertise driving operational excellence of tech teams
- A talent for coaching and developing soft skills of individuals
- An insatiable desire to help others grow and expand their knowledge
- Experience with Content Management Systems, AWS, IAM (Identity Access Management) API management or Chatbot & voice technology is a plus to enable placement with matching teams
