You will be leading the International Cards Services ( ICS ) Workplace Services team providing the so-called ICS Workplace Services
Your job
You will be leading the Worplace Services team (7 FTE) providing the modern workplace service to our internal customer. You will be responsible for managing the backlog of the team, be the SPOC for the internal stakeholders and departments, and also execute the related HR activities for the IT Engineers within your team. As an expert lead, you will manage all team aspects, and be responsible for the quality of service of the workplace we provide to our internal colleagues. Next to that you manage IT budgets, internal KPI's and IT vendors providing services to ICS.
Working environment
Agile Way of working team (6 IT Engineers and a scrum master). We are provisioning state of the art modern workplace services, Office 365, Team, Azure (including Azure Virtual Desktop) but also work with some Legacy applications and infra hosting components so migration work is on the current roadmap. You provide workplace services to the Dutch organization (+750 seats) and a small office in Germany (20 seats) You will be reporting to the Manager of Service Intergration and Orchestration
Your profile
Hands on and natural leader who has 5 years plus experience in managing small to medium sized teams, that play a central role in the delivery of IT within a changing organization. Knowledge of Scrum/Agile/ LEAN, workplace technics, managing vendors on SLA's. Track record in managing back-logs (preferably as a PO) Experience in HR tasks like people assessment, re-integration, coaching, and general administrative HR tasks. As the team also needs some technical guidance preferably next to leadership you also have the technical package and background to be a solid counterpart for your IT Engineers, meaning technical knowledge of Workplace Services related products like MS Office 365, Exchange, Azure Cloud, Operating Systems, Application Management and some standard knowledge on network LAN/WAN
General
- Completed HBO (Informatics) education
- Experience with agile working.
- Experienced Manager / IT lead
- Experienced Product Owner
- ITIL (foundation) certified;
We are offering
- A gross annual salary between € 59,631 and € 85,187 (scale 11) based on 36 hours per week and depending on relevant work experience.
- In addition, you receive a 'benefit budget' of 11% of your gross salary to purchase flexible terms of employment or to have them paid monthly.
