Your role

You key responsibilities will include:

Serving as Service Provider Liaison: the primary point of contact between the organization and external IT service providers, ensuring that service agreements and expectations are met, and any service-related issues or escalations are effectively addressed.
Monitoring and enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that IT service providers consistently meet performance expectations and adhere to agreed-upon service levels.
Active Collaboration with the service provider on Incident Management to streamline resolution processes, minimizing service disruptions and downtime.
Change Management within the IT environment alongside IT project management to ensure these changes do not adversely affect ongoing operations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by learning from past experiences and applying insights to enhance future IT service processes.
You could act as Project Lead and guide IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Skills to be successful

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
Training and experience in service management methods like ITIL, BISL.
Experience in SLA management and managing IT service providers.
Preferable experience in Project Management techniques or methodologies.
A pro-active, inquisitive, service-oriented attitude where you think in terms of possibilities.
Experienced in clearly and effectively communicating with stakeholders regarding service performance, incidents, and changes.
You are a natural problem solver, flexible and have an open personality.
Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
You are preferably living in the region Utrecht.
