To support our growth towards this ambition, we’re looking for a person who is ready to challenge their skills and willing to grow in our environment. To help us expand we are looking for a new IT support engineer.
Your job
In this role, you will work in a small team of IT engineers, providing daily support in our IT landspace of New10. This means handling all hardware (Mac, network equipment, peripherals), software (Office365, Azure (Entra ID), SSO, MDM, productivity & collaboration tools, and at the same time also managing our processes around on- and offboarding, support & service to our employees, roles & permissions structures, and much more.
- Daily support of our employees and our systems
- Meeting room checks Office device checks to make sure everything is up and running
- Handling onboarding and offboarding process including an IT Onboarding session
- Asset management tasks and disposing and refreshing devices
We’re looking for someone who has...
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Entra ID), Exchange and Microsoft Office 365 knowledge.
- Experience in managing macOS devices in a business environment
- Basic understanding of MDM solutions (JAMF, Intune)
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerAutomate is a plus
