Manager Architecture & Enablement Team

What you are going to do: 

As the Manager Architecture & Enablement you to set clear direction for the two teams you are managing and to facilitate the teams with the HR tasks resource planning and ways of working including team structure, planning and meetings.

Responsibilities: 

As a key leader in our team, you will be responsible for driving resource and strategic workforce planning, providing mentorship and coaching (HR responsibilities), and shaping the architecture and design of our way of working. Your role will involve effective stakeholder management and communication, ensuring quality, ownership, and timely delivery of projects under your leadership. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing employer branding, spearheading talent acquisition efforts, and managing the HR budget with efficiency. • Salary between €6219.- and €8885.- (based on 40 hours per week) depending on your knowledge and experience. It is also possible to work 36 or 38 hours per week

Who you are:

• Knowledge and experience within IT Technology
• Expertise in portfolio management and customer success practices
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Proven experience in managing a team of IT professionals and handling HR tasks such as hiring, selection, and competence development
• Ability to create and implement effective ways of working within the team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Relevant certifications would be an added advantage
• You have excellent communication skills in word and writing and can sell the story in English and preferably also in Dutch

Who you will work with: 

You will be working for Enterprise Engineering Technology and will be the manager of the Architecture & Technology Enablement teams.

You will be managing a team of passionate professionals, dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers.

You will work with Senior Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners and the Project and/or Program Managers within Group IT. But also within the Business Units of NN and with de IT HUBs (Madrid/Prague).
