As a Process Excellence Manager FX, you focus on improving the performance of the Global Markets Foreign eXchange (FX) propositions, processes and systems.
You do this by developing and implementing process excellence initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the FX value chain.
You lead process improvement initiatives, including mapping current state processes, mapping future state processes, and implementing process changes.
You provide advice to relevant internal and external stakeholders, primarily FX Sales, and are able to promote change through the solutions you propose.
Working environment
As a Process Excellence Manager FX you work for the FX Value Chain, which is part of the grid Financial Markets within Global Markets.
The Grid consists of four value chain teams. Three of which are responsible for a value chain (i.e. FX, Credits & Rates and Securities Finance, Equities & Treasury) and one value chain that is supportive of the other three chains (the Cross Product value chain).
The FX value chain team is responsible for the implementation of the strategy for FX. By taking end-to-end ownership - don’t stop until the change is embedded in the organization- we realize effective and efficient change with proven impact for the FX business.
The team consists of 1 Lead Product Owner and 6 Process managers, you report to the Lead Product Owner.
Your profile
A successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the following core competencies:
- Lean or lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- Experience in Lean projects with proven impact
- Strong analytical, presentation and consultancy skills
- Curious and learning mindset and proactive and adaptive attitude and getting things done mentality
- Able to coach (less) experienced colleagues, excellent communicator who can act as a natural (informal) leader
- Outgoing, a personality who can act on several levels and being an experienced sparring partner for senior management
- Both Dutch and English, speaking and writing
We are offering
- The gross monthly salary (max. Eur. 6.890) displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. 40-hour workweek is also possible.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
