Your job

As a Process Mining Expert in the Process Mining Enabling team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and process optimization. As enabling team, we help our business units to get most value out of their process by advocating a structured approach for analysis of business processes and subsequently translating this into value. Furthermore, we help the business by sharing best practices and through management of the Process Mining application.

You will be responsible for the enablement of process mining within our business units by initiating new projects, through guidance on how to get value out of process mining and by educating stakeholders on how to optimize and stay in control of their processes. Your tasks can vary from data engineering, process analyses and creating root-cause analyses to identification of improvement initiatives (e.g. reducing re-work rates or reducing throughput times). One of your important tasks as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders is to formulate business cases and clearly communicate these to your stakeholders on a variety of levels. Here it is important that you function as a sparring partner for stakeholders and that you can manage different perspectives. 

Your profile

We are looking for versatile team members who have a Bachelors or Masters degree in business analytics, process engineering, data science, or other related studies. As Process Mining Expert, you hold the competences below:

• Fluent in English and Dutch (both spoken and written) with persuasive communication and presentation skills. 
• First-hand experience with Celonis, preferably with official certification. Making data fit for process mining purpose is not a challenge for you.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in stakeholder management, consultancy and/or project management.
• You have critical mindset focused on continuous improvement – you enjoy challenging the status quo.
• Drive and passion to improve business processes in structural manner and know how to translate this identified value and place it in the strategic context.
• The ability to further professionalize offerings with regards to enabling process mining.
• You are an adaptive person; you watch trends in the process mining domain and are not afraid of applying modern technologies and solutions.

Furthermore, it will be an added benefit if:

• You have been working for 7+ years in the Data & Analytics, BPM, AI, BI and have a vision on what role process mining will play in the future.
• You are excellent in storytelling, proven in a complex stakeholder landscape. Experienced with technical guidance and training of stakeholder groups is appreciated.
