Product Manager
In your role you will be the linking pin between business and technology, document business requirements and translate these into functional specifications. Specifications that will deliver Treasury’s new cutting-edge liquidity management system “SaTeLlite”. Ultimately responsible for streamlining processes to create an optimal and simplified system landscape that meets business needs. You will achieve this by working together with a group of 5 Product Managers and skilled IT staff as part of a growing team of approximately 30 Treasury and CITO colleagues.
Top responsibilities:
- Drive Requirements: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and data inventories, excels in liaison, communication, change management, and document writing.
- Data oriented: Understand data transformation mechanisms and process design principles.
- Test Driven: Define functional test scenarios and strategies; Manage and Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with relevant stakeholders.
- Optimize Processes: Create and implement efficient and simplified processes to enhance our system landscape.
- Stakeholder Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills to elicit functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders and discuss the impact of design choices.
You and your talent
You always put the client first and drive a balanced risk culture. Stakeholder management and knowledge of Asset and Liability Management (ALM) and IT is beneficial for the role Product Manager STL. In addition, it's important that you recognize yourself in the checklist below:
- Master's Degree level thinking.
- 5 years+ experience within the ALM environment or proven balance sheet knowledge with a focus on IT.
- Experienced in designing metric calculation processes.
- Proven track record in Agile ways of working.
- Demonstrable and comprehensive experience in stakeholder management.
- Critical basic attitude and are interested in working in a complex stakeholder field.
- Process-oriented thinking and simplifying things.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Customer- and result-oriented, pro-active and have a dose of stress resistance.
