AI Implementation Product Owner

What you are going to do

The AI Implementation Product Owner is responsible for the success of implementation of AI technology in NN Tied Agent Networks internationally. His/Her role is to maximize the value delivered by AI project be effectively managing product backlog, communication with stakeholders and making informed decision to meet business objectives and user needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to define long-term vison and MVP for AI product and set clear, measurable goals for its development
• Ensure successful and effective implementation of defined product, including international readiness for the AI implementation
• Constantly analyse emerging trends in AI technology and ensure quality of NN implementation
• Act as a bridge between development team and stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring needs are understood
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, making decisions based on business value and technical feasibility
• Define acceptance criteria for user stories to validate that AI system meets business requirements
• Review and adjust product backlog based on changing business needs, emerging technologies and feedback from stakeholders
• In cooperation with development team plans sprints and refines backlog
• Identify and mitigate risk related to AI project, including technical challenges, data quality issues and regulatory compliance.

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment for 1 to 3 years. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in one of the countries where NN is located (Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Japan). Who you are

• For this role you bring knowledge of agile methodologies and portfolio/program management frameworks and at least one previous experience in AI capabilities implementation.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, data science, machine learning, business management, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, project management, or relevant domains in insurance. AI-related roles are highly valuable
  • Strong project management skills. Certification in project management can be beneficial
  • Fluent/Advanced English is a must
