The NN Group IT Enterprise Security Services organization is looking for a security and process professional who is able to take a proactive role in the development of the secure internet access and private access services. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of IT security, processes, automation, networking, Zero Trust, industry standards, and is proactive in adopting and aligning security practices and processes with all stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate must be committed to staying up-to-date with security trends, developments, and identifying opportunities for automation and initiatives that can lead to further enhancements.

What you are going to do

Align security processes with stakeholders like the Workplace services department, Security and SOC/CSIRT, utilizing your subject matter security and process expertise
Recommend / automate/ implement an optimized technology infrastructure
Perform independent analysis, design, and completion of assigned projects
Follow up and automate IT Service Management procedures (such as Incident Management, Change Management, etc.); Also supporting the management and monitoring of the security systems NN is utilizing
Preparation and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans, develop and maintain Disaster Recovery Response & Reporting plans

Who you are

You are proactive and result-driven and ensure you meet agreements made;

Skilled and experienced (+3 years) in IT and IT security, preferably educated as Bachelor or Master degree in IT (or other technical and/or security-oriented study). Preferably cloud certification such as AWS or Azure, network or other relevant security and technical certification

ZTNA/Zero Trust/PBAC
Experienced in ITSM processes
Experience with the following technologies will be considered a plus:
- Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
- Policy Based Access Control (PBAC)
- Zscaler Internet Access
- Zscaler Private Access
- Azure Security/NSG/Monitoring/Network
- Penetration testing/Ethical hacking
- AWS and Azure
- Scripting with python

Who you will work with

You will become a member of the Internet Connectivity Team within the Access & Authentication domain of the Enterprise Security Services department. The team Access & Authentication delivers all products that are relevant for our colleagues within NN Group to access their IT environments (internally hosted and in our cloud environments). Several products are part of this team. In the end the entire team is responsible for maintaining confidentiality and integrity levels for all identities and their assigned access, in a stable, secure and compliant environment.
