Senior Business Architect – Digital Process Innovation

As a Senior Business Architect at NN, you will be a key driver in our ongoing digital transformation journey. You will redefine the way we do business by digitizing and harmonizing our customer engagement processes and supporting digital systems. The primary focus is on life insurance and pensions. Non-life insurance is smaller at the moment but might be a growth opportunity.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and guide the transformation of NN's insurance processes, ensuring they are customer-centric, efficient, and scalable
• Drive cross-functional collaboration by harmonization of processes across the business, in line with NN's vision as a digital pioneer
• Engage with senior management and stakeholders to ensure digital strategy alignment with business goals and insurance industry best practices
• Lead the transition to innovative, digitally native processes that leverage AI and data analytics for smarter operations
• Develop a roadmap for digital process innovation, articulating clear milestones and measurable outcomes for success
• Oversee the lifecycle of digital process transformation from concept through implementation. Engage in developing the architecture of advanced digital solutions ensuring robust design and seamless integration

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment for 1 to 3 years. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in one of the countries where NN is located (Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Japan). Wat je meebrengt

• Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Management
• At least 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record in leading digital process initiatives
• Strong understanding of life insurance and pensions, with the capacity to extend principles to non-life insurance as needed
• Demonstrated experience in applying digitalization, AI, and data analytics to improve business processes and outcomes
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and drive digital innovation across teams

You will join the transformation programme, which consist of multiple streams, focussed on optimizing our Tied Agent distribution, Digital customer journeys and marketing and sales processes. The workstreams are dedicated to implementing a state-of-the-art management model, tools, and technology to digitize processes and enhance capabilities with AI-enabled, data driven, digital tools. By optimizing our processes, we aim to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our distribution channels, driving growth and increasing sales. You will:

• Work with diverse teams within NN International, all business units in International
• Partner with key business stakeholders in Insurance International
• Product owners and technology experts within NN Insurance International and NN Group

This job is a virtual assignment which means you will fully work from home. You will travel regularly to meet your team. This means that the willingness to travel is important for this job position.
