To strengthen the Test process for a very critical and important project within DFC grid, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starting IT Engineer with a focus on TEST and Management process and proven track record to support our End to End Testing processes. Implementing and improving the new methods of Testing among different agile teams and coordinate the end to end testing together with all responsible parties.

Your job
As an Senior Test IT Engineer, you will be part of one of the DevOps teams within the DFC grid. You will be working as independent Senior test expert who is responsible for End to end test execution for a critical program in DFC Grid. You will work closely together with Program manager and Business Lead and coordinate among all the involved teams. The Program is responsible for implementing the end state solution for UBO trail. As an IT Engineer with a focus on TEST process you have a clear vision on giving sign off on good quality of all involved applications. Where can you help all related stakeholders? How fast you can solve their issues? What is your idea on what and how to improve – in the application.
you'll play a crucial role in ensuring software product quality by leading and managing person QA team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing QA processes, creating and executing test plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your team, under your guidance, will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless releases, enhancing the overall user's experience for all involved applications. It will be your responsibility to furnish comprehensive reports to the management team, offering insights into the quality of release. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing and upholding quality standards, with a focus on devising effective solutions to meet and exceed them.

Your Roles and Responsibilities include:
- you will work as a dev-ops team member in a scrum team having Test chapter. you will work within the team on refining, analyzing, designing, testing, maintaining and realizing good quality and future proof IT solutions.
- You will be Working in a Dev-ops team and capable of execution of test process for all involved applications.
- Creation of Test strategy, detailed test plan, Test execution in all test phases would be key for your role.
- Pivotal role in establishing effective partnerships between QA team members and cross-functional teams, which include developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- You will be able to enhance/improve automation process in Test life cycle of an application.
- communication gaps and ensuring seamless cooperation across diverse teams, ultimately contributing to the success of our collective endeavors.
- Educating yourself and others with the right technical capabilities and the latest developments in Testing.
- co-ordination among all other chapter members within the team to make the application sustainable.
- Good analytical skill to solve the critical production issues with your expert technical skills.
- Actively participating in knowledge gaining and sharing by joining triangles, circles, communities and events.
- Comply and advocate the Agile, DevOps mindset.
Your profile
- You are part of a DevOps team so Development, Test and Ops activities will go hand in hand
- Work for more than one Scrum / Agile team
- Strong test management experience
- High-quality application is the key
- Having good experience in API testing
- Having basic knowledge of Azure services and azure CICD process
- Strong knowledge of End to end test, Integration test, system test of web application and APIs
- Be an inspiration to the team, share your knowledge and offer guidance on the tooling
- Closely cooperate with end-users
- Collaborate with the team on automation initiatives
- Good in communication and proactive in the work
Your qualifications
- At least 8 years experience in IT
- At least 2 year of experience in Bank domain
- APIs and Web Application Test (5yr+)
- Test Management experience(2yr+)
- Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL DB Experience with (Azure) Infra
- API automation testing with Postman/Newman tools
- Selenium knowledge is plus
- Experience with Azure CICD pipelines
- Experience with SQL database/Data-model/Queries
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with Agile and DevOps way of working
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
- Creative mind
- Good interpersonal communications: Presenting solutions, coaching and helping team members
Certifications
Microsoft Azure certifications will be a plus. AZ900 is must.
ISTQB/TMAP is plus

- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
