Identity & Access Management is key for Rabobank as it provides everyone within the bank with access to resources needed to perform their work. In order to be in control of the IAM related risk, to have efficient IAM processes and user centric IAM journeys a new Tribe IAM will be launched June 1st. The purpose of the tribe will be to provide the IAM Identity Fabric to support employees and machines to only have access to the right assets at the right time, for the right reasons in a simple, user-friendly and secure manner and enabling in control monitoring and reporting.
As Tech Lead Data & Insights you will have the opportunity to shape a completely new Area and expertise in this exciting new Tribe. The Area IAM Data & Insights delivers world class data management for IAM, using this data to provide insight in IAM technical compliance, IAM in control, operational insights to improve products and services, including real time access management and feedback on changes and visibility on progress of remediation and to deliver business intelligence through all needed operational, tactical and strategic reporting services. The Area is completely new. It will start with two squads and is expected to grow to more squads. IAM Data management & reporting is responsible for managing data quality, creating and managing data factories in GDP for reporting, developing and maintaining data ingestion service, developing and maintaining data publication services and for several types of reporting such as In Control reporting and technical compliance reporting. IAM Insights is responsible for providing the data reconciliation service and for creating several insights in for example discrepancies between IGA administration and decentral IDPs and the IAM Compliance remediation progress.
As Tech Lead Data & Insights you are responsible for drawing up a tech delivery vision for your domain, taking into account the changing world of IAM, in which the focus lies on automation and standardization. In addition you know how to create autonomous teams that continuously improve with individuals that keep developing themselves and others. You ensure the quality of your squads within the Tribe IAM, and within the Bank as a whole.

You and your talent
- Academic thinking and work level with preferably a Master degree in a relevant field of expertise.
- Professional with 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with leading and building (onshore/offshore) DevOps teams
- Creates, facilitates, and inspires high performing teams and is focused on the development of the team to achieve results together
- At least 10 year of (managerial) experience
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English is required.
- Experience with data management, data reporting and data products/building blocks in line with data architecture
